Using this as catch all ticket:

• Make it clear new automation rules only apply to new images
  • when a user tries to configure new automation rules, a message or tooltip appears explaining that these new rules will only apply to images going forward. Wuld probably required use to have different idea of automation rules. Adding individually (like now) vs creating a flow and saving the whole flow
  • If a project has images, and a user tries to configure new automation rules, a message or tooltip appears explaining that these new rules will only apply to images going forward, and that their existing images will not be run through the new rules.
