Audit all dropdowns to make sure all options are visible

Certain drop downs are partially hidden and in specific situations. For example, the camera make selector in the register new camera form is partially cut off at the top when you're registering a camera to a project without any existing cameras, and the ML model selector is partially cut off at the top too in the automation rule form.

This may be as simple as bumping up the z-index on the select component's dropdown menu.
