Add timestamp adjustment modal

Adds a timestamp adjustment modal with entry point in the Loupe dropdown. Allows for offsetting image timestamp for a single image, deployment, or currently applied filters. Kicks off and polls an async call in all cases right now.

This PR also updates references to dateTimeOriginal to display dateTimeAdjusted
