Change "Contact Us" linked email

User Story: As a user interested in using Animl, I want to be able to contact the team, so that I can show my interest and ask questions if needed.

Acceptance Criteria: We already have a "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the homepage that currently opens an email address to Natty, acceptance criteria is to change that so it opens an email addressed to [email protected]
