Ensure all components are either responsive or hidden on mobile

For all other components/functionality (data export, stats dashboard, managing labels/tags, managing cameras, etc.) either hide them entirely, gracefully degrade them, or make fully responsive.

I think we for sure will want to make the camera admin modal responsive because registering new wireless cameras is an important user journey to support on mobile.

In addition, we'll want to audit our use of desktop-specific interactions such as hovering to reveal things like tooltips and right-clicking to reveal context menus. We don't need to figure out how to replicate these interaction on mobile, but it would be smart to make sure we are aware of all of the functionality that's inaccessible via touch screens.
