Improve clarity of bulk upload modal UX

Before we do, also implement the following enhancements:

• [ ] display or at least link to the current automation rules in the upload modal so user know exactly what to expect
• [ ] Add "safe to close browser window" indicator

• [ ] Add an info icon next to "STATUS" table header that explains that these numbers are estimates, and may jump around a bit

• [ ] make it clear what upload progress bar represents (upload of file to cloud, not image processing)
• [ ] indicate what stage the upload is at so users know where they are in the process (i.e. step 2/4 kind of thing)
  • Step 1: uploading file
  • Step 2: preprocessing (validating, deploying stack, saving images)
  • Step 3: processing
  • Step 4: cleaning up

Action Items:

• Break out into smaller tickets
• User testing with green users to see how they interact with this page
• Add PLEASE DON'T CLOSE messaging
• Question the steps (deploying stack and cleaning up are not things that users need to see). How do we translate into user facing language clear steps
