What were you doing when the game crashed? Does it crash regularly?

I was playing Half Life MDQ as always and for no reason the game froze completely and I could only close it in the task manager and then that notepad automatically opened with many codes and stuff that I don't understand ANYTHING and to send it to GitHub... this crash is happening to me more and more often
