Development of CloudCompare Python Plugin

I am developing an algorithm related to point clouds. The built-in Python compiler in CloudCompare does not support interactive parameter input. I want to create a plugin similar to "Plugin -> Python Plugin -> Plugins -> 3D Forest Inventory". After clicking the icon, users should be able to input parameters through a UI interface. However, I have not found any specific tutorials for this. Thanks in advance for your help!
