Seeing the same here, Zigbee2MQTT version 1.30.4. However, I was able to update the firmware of the smart plugs I received. - Zigbee Model: TS011F - Zigbee Manufacturer: _TZ3000_gvn91tmx

Still present in Zigbee2MQTT version 1.33.0.

The issue is still present on Z2M version 1.37.1

What's the IP address of your home assistant? Do you have the mosquitto add-on installed? Try a full host reboot.
