Feature description

Add a table to keep track of printer statuses (working/not working and reasons) on Ion printing page.

Rationale for adding feature

So users can see which printers are working and which are broken before they try to print.

Suggested implementation(s) (if applicable)

• lpstat alerts
• Scrape printer webpage
• Get ipp working somehow
