Add force HTTPS middleware

simple update to add middleware for heroku support to help all the skids

Careful, not all web pages use https. You could render most websites useless.

most websites? I wouldn't trust using websites not using SSL anyways. If you really wanted to, this could also be solved pretty quickly lol

Definitely not a "most" websites thing lol

Note that this change is configurable also and only really meant for Heroku, etc. not standard use.

not really :p forced HTTPS is a pretty common thing and i use it on my main browser
