Standardise cover images for all learning paths

Currently every track has uneven type of image.

Describe the solution you'd like Creating a same theme cover image for all paths would look better

Steps:

• Create a file with gradient background and add text and icon of the specific path in it.
• Modify the text and icon based on different stacks/ tracks.
