Support for GitHub enterprise

Currently this plugin does not work for GitHub enterprise since the base url would be different.

Thanks for flagging this, and for the PR!

I am wondering if we should support using GitHub Enterprise Server and GitHub.com with different configurations. I will have a think about that.
