There's a page for this plugin at the plugin repository. On the left side it has a link to GitHub, leading to https://github.com/jenkinsci/gitlab-merge-request-jenkins-plugin, which doesn't exit.

It should probably lead to:

• or at least: https://github.com/jenkinsci/gitlab-merge-request-builder-plugin
