Describe the bug There's a broken link to the "scaling out section" in "Creating Hypertables" documentation.

Location In the second TIP at https://docs.timescale.com/latest/getting-started/creating-hypertables#create-hypertable

If you click on https://docs.timescale.com/latest/getting-started/scaling-out, that is the link for "... the scaling out section ...", it gives 404 error, page not found.
