New Permission Required on Chrome?

Describe the bug This weekend, Chrome disabled this extension and threw up a request for more permissions. image

Can you explain what is going on here? It was working, presumably without this before which makes this seem a bit suspicious.

Updating the target AWS console URLs, support new health dashboard and LightSail

Because AWS Health Dashboard URL is changed health.aws.amazon.com in the latest AWS MC. AESR supports phd.amazonaws-us-gov.com and phd.amazonaws.cn since phd subdomain for previous AWS dashboard pages of china and US-gov is phd. It also supports LightSail page lightsail.aws.amazon.com.
