Failed to fetch user info from the AWS Management Console page

This error occurs where the extension cannot gather my role credentials. My browser - Chrome - sometimes has to be exited then I try again but other times this does not work.

If you open the extension popup before the AWS Management Console page has completely finished loading, it will do so. Wait just a second and then try to open it.
