After upgrading from `4.1.0` to `4.2.0`, my addon build time increased by more than 4x. I suspect this has something to do with the TypeScript upgrade. cc @krisselden @tomdale @markuskobler
As of TypeScript 2.7, the incremental compilation is exported as public API – see PR [here](https://github.com/Microsoft/TypeScript/pull/20234). This should enable broccoli-typescript-compiler to work directly with it, enabling much faster (and cleaner)...
