Formalize what we do for a path for a file on a shared drive
If file "foo" is on shared drive "bar", I think the path should be bar/foo or /bar/foo.
One good reason to start with /: then I could recognize file paths that (allege to) specify a file on a shared drive, without having to be told this specifically, i.e. w/o requiring the shared drive's id.
Related: I think ~/ should only be used to refer to the top-level folder of My Drive. We currently use rootize_path() somewhat too liberally, I think.
