Fix new spelling errors reported across repo

These issues began appearing recently. A change in the cspell plugin or some other upstream component may have caused them to appear now. This mitigates the issue by fixing legitimate spelling issues, adding new ignored words if appropriate, and deferring the changes in ArmPkg due to the number of reported issues in that package.
