Multiple modules installation results in visual issues

Lets say i have a folder with 2+ modules, lets say 3, youtube revanced, v4a, and my own one

i open KSU, no matter on which device, on latest version

i flash youtube revaced, back, its there i flash v4a, back, its nowhere to be seen, but it flashed successfully, the moment i restart, the module appears in module list, and works flawlessly, you can use any amount of modules, but flashing multiple modules in a row without reboot, you only see the first one until rebooting
