Describe the bug

After patching and flashing init_boot.img on my Pixel 7 after fresh installation of Android 15 QPR2 Beta2 installation the manager app still shows Not installed and root isn't available.

To Reproduce

    1. Flash panther_beta-bp11.241121.010-factory-4f3f8b95.zip on Pixel 7 and setup device
    1. Extract init_boot.img from panther_beta-bp11.241121.010-factory-4f3f8b95.zip
    1. Install KernelSU Manager
    1. Patch init_boot.img using KernelSU Manager
    1. Flash patched init_boot.img with fastboot flash init_boot <patched init_boot.img>
    1. Reboot

Expected behavior

KernelSU Manager shows LKM Mode working and apps have root access.

Can confirm, A15 QPR2 doesn't seem to support KernelSU (or maybe it's the other way around, idk).

Can you try patching vendor_init_boot?

Can you try patching vendor_init_boot?

I am also using a custom ROM, there's only a "vendor_boot.img" available, but it's been patched by Magisk, at least according to KernelSU, so I can't patch it.

In fact, it can be repaired successfully, but the latest version seems to be that if only an app manager is installed, the kernel system cannot detect it. Someone has mentioned this problem. Installing the ap manager panel can solve it. Installing ksuwebui seems to solve it too.

Currently I confirmed on A15 QPR2 LOS 22.2 both Pathed Boot, Boot_A, Boot_B, Init_boot Not Working and KSU Manager still displays "Not Installed". I have not found a solution, Magisk and Apatch managed to work. Device Xperia 5V
