Getting stuck on setup modules on ARCVM

Describe the bug

When try to setup one module,it will get stuck. If I want to setup this module I need to minimize the sparse file,the process will go on but some modules setup previously may be disappear (module file has been deleted automatically).

I think this might be that ARCVM isn't happy with the sparse 1TB file, this was a problem since v0.8, and still present on v1.0.2. I downgraded the manager to v0.7.6, and the module installing process just works fine.
