De-duplicate Cross-Posts

Content that has been cross-posted, should, if possible, be de-duplicated.

Where on a post card the text "to community" is displayed, the text "and N more" could be appended for each community that has a cross-post.

Opening the post should open whatever post the card was representing, but there should be some kind of UI for jumping within the different cross-posts.

@CTalvio Let us know what you think of the implementation in #851. It doesn't address your exact request of de-duping cross-posts in the main feed, but it does allow you to see and navigate between cross-posts!

I've seen it, it's more than adequate, though the rounded card is a little out of place. Looks more like a post link than a metadata entry along with the author, community and stats.

I was thinking I'd expand on the UI once your commit is in, I don't exactly know what would work so it'll involve some experimentation.

I like that it's a drop-down, is it there on posts that don't have cross-posts already? If not, can you access the "new cross-post" button?

These are all problems I'm down to solve later if it's merged as-is. It's likely the post UI needs to be changed and little to fit in cross-post info and buttons in a way that doesn't feel like it was "added later".
