please improve details in release notes

Could we please have more detailed release notes that show what features, bugs, dependency updates, etc are within each release - https://github.com/thoughtworks/build-your-own-radar/releases

The release notes can very easily be auto generated via the GitHub Release UI.

In their current form, generalizing most PRs as minor fixes doesn't accurately convey the work that went into these...

I noticed the latest release notes have been updated, but incorrectly reference user PRs as Dependabot PRs.
