Compatibility with Craft CMS 2.6.2785?

Hi, I don't think this plugin is working correctly with Craft CMS 2.6.2785 as after choosing the "Instructions" type for a field, there is nowhere to actually enter the instructions..?

It's been a while since I've worked with Craft CMS and I haven't been keeping up with it, so it's possible there may be some compatibility issues. I'll need to investigate.

@thomasthesecond Maybe because there isn't any settings html for the plugin? https://craftcms.com/docs/plugins/plugin-settings#settings-page
