adobe illustrator cc blob brush tool pen pressure gray out

I am running osx 10.13 with wacom digitizer II UD-0608-R, in adobe illustrator cc2019, blob brush tool and calligraphic brush tool set pen pressure is gray out.

I follow a hacking way get from adobe forum, install some other brand (UGEE) tablet driver, and plug in the tablet once, then the AI 2019 can set pen pressure correctly. From then on, no matter the UGEE tablet is plugin or not, AI 2019 work fine. I guess this is some kind of reporting issue. But I can not find any technical document on how to report graphic tablet info to the OSX.

Tablet Magic can not be correctly installed on osx 10.14 and 10.15. I guess the installation package need to be rebuild.

I am a programmer, I am interesting in improving Tablet Magic. I can do some coding, testing or packing issue for this project.

The main issue I have is no serial adapter that will work with my old tablet, so I haven't been able to work on it. And of course the OS has evolved a lot, so the project can't even be built with the current XCode. So, it's out there for anyone who wants to tackle it, but I have moved on to a large project that steals all my time.
