Demo does not work

Sample is up and running, see form at http://localhost:3000 but can't add any item - field goes empty and nothing else happens. Redis is empty

can you list CHANGES you have done OTHER THAN 1 : installing dependencies 2 : starting two servers

OR

also if you have done changes ... put your non working sample repository code in your github account and share link
