Documentation typo in tooltip placement section

Describe the bug I believe there is a typo in the documentation regarding tooltips. A double quote appears instead of a vertical bar in the section about tooltip placement.

To Reproduce To reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to the tooltip documentation.
2. Scroll down to the "Placement" section.
3. The typo can be found in data-tooltip-placement.

Expected behavior The correct character should likely be a vertical bar instead of a double quote.
