Add WindiCSS support

This would make https://www.npmjs.com/package/flowbite-windicss-plugin unnecessary. WindiCSS basically does everything Tailwind does + more. All I had to change was some of the imports to get it to work in WindiCSS, so it would be great if support for it could be documented & maintained as well.
