Add Dutch translations

I added the translations for my locale (nl-BE). They should be identical for nl-NL as well.

Hi! Thanks for this great contribution to BreadPlayer. Really appreciate it. However, some of the strings you translated have changed and new ones have been added. I would appreciate it if you could make the appropriate changes.

First, re-sync the repo with your local version and then make the updates. For your ease, please download ResXManager. It makes translation very easy.
