Allow users to remove games from their collection in the Games & Emulation screen

In the Rom Manager, there is an option in the right-click menu to remove games from the collection. Please add it to the right-click menu in the Games & Emulation screen, as well. It would be very useful.

Please consider, that ML has a Multi User Mode:

So, just adding a "remove Game from Collection" context menu item does not cover all possibilities.

How about a "Hide Game" entry? It would set the "hide" flag and thus wouldn't let the game show up in the Games & Emulation main list. In Multi User Mode, for a restricted User the game would be removed from the restricted Users' collection and still be shown for the other users.

Why not both? One option to uninstall the game entirely and the other to hide it?
