Commands missing is latest update for mac
Hi, After installing the latest update, I can no longer see the commands menu. I can just see a chat window when I trigger the shortcut
Using Mac OS 15.3
Hi, this can sometimes happen after installing a new version. You just have to go to System Settings and give the app accessibilty access again. System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Accessibility -> Select writing-tools and press the minus button -> Press the plus button and add writing-tools again and enable access to it. I'm not sure why this happens but I'll look into adding autoupdate or something to the app so this can be fixed.
Same issue on macOS here, no fix even on reinstall or reset or Acessibility permission regrant. Please fix <3
@theJayTea thanks, this worked.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear that you’re still encountering the issue. I’m not sure why the fix isn’t working for you. Have you installed the app recently or have you updated it from a previous version?
I’ve also finally resolved the permission issue after updating the app. There was a problem with Xcode not using my Developer ID to sign the app and using a separate certificate. Version 4.1 will be released this week with the fix. However, the fix will only be effective for future updates. Even if you update from a previous version to 4.1, you’ll still need to reset the permission once more. After that, the permission won’t be required in future updates.
@Aryamirsepasi don't worry ;-)
Well, actually I did realize how foolish I am LOL. Perhaps I should choose a text first and then press the hotkey to view the commands. It's functioning!
