@IcodeNet did @Slapbox 's fix work? I am considering closing this one if its actually ok. If I don't hear back I'll assume its ok afterall

@Slapbox are you using rollup with that, or webpack 5? For a long time top level wasn't really worth supporting because even if you parsed it, couldn't use it. Decorators...
