fix grub install error

Fix https://github.com/terem42/zfs-hetzner-vm/issues/69, "grub-install: error: unknown filesystem" issue on a new Debian 12 install.

It might be related to an openzfs upstream problem, which needs to be fixed for all distributions, but this pull request focus is on Debian 12 here.
