~~Need to move `@i18n/ja/concepts` to `@i18n/ja/docs/concept`.~~ fixed
In mobile view, language picker is hidden in both the header and footer.
The `labels` on each page are not displayed.
When I access NavBar from a Japanese page, navigating to the English page. This may be affecting these links. - top-nav.yaml
While viewing a Japanese page, all links from docs/index.page.tsx, etc. that use the href in the a tag will take the user to the English page.

@glitch-txs Could you please consider reviewing it? The conflicts noted in previous PRs have been resolved.
Especially for those who are new to this library, generating accounts from `XRPL_Account` is easier to understand than `derive` in terms of code readability.
The existing link is no longer working and I’d like to address this as soon as possible. Any ideas? @amarantha-k @mDuo13
