How do we build a JAR or AAR from the tflite-support with some minor tweaks to the code

Hi @lu-wang-g What are the basic steps to generate a AAR or JAR file with some minor tweaks to the code based my needs. Can you please specify some files or steps to follow, As I tried, there are many errors around bazel build process.
