Enable multiple output logging

What changed?

Enabled multiple output paths for logging. With outputFile and stdout set for log, logs should be written to both output paths.

Why?

With outputFile logging enabled, stdout logs are not present though stdout flag is set.

How did you test it?

locally and unit test
