Clarify Versioning CLI Commands

What was changed

  • Remove redirect rule reference in commit-build-id, fix spelling
  • Improve --select-build-id flag description

Why?

  • commit-build-id does not touch redirect rules, only assignment rules
  • add optional behavior of --select-build-id
