Window is not centered when shown inside a scrollable container

Two window components are at the top and bottom. I thought the window would open in the same location, but it's not. Is it intended? but dialog works fine.

Indeed this is a strange one. If top and left bindings are not provided, the Window should be centered in the view port. We will look into it and get back with an update.
For the time being I would suggest just moving the second Window markup above the gray container. Here is the updated example.

The Window is not centered in the viewport when it is inside a scrollable container and the page is scrolled. The page scrolls to the location of the Window element in the DOM instead.
The issue with the Window position can also be seen in this StackBlitz example. When you click on the info icon of the top rows, the Grid scrolls to the bottom before opening the window.
