Title ID/ File Name error in Download Bar

Steps to reproduce

This bug or error is reproducible when a video or document file is downloading.

Expected behaviour

the output should be the file name/ title id under the download bar; [FYI. the actual file name present at the local disk download copy.]

Actual behaviour

when downloading a video file (.mp4, in my case), instead of the actual file name/ title id, it shows as Video and Document.

This issue is present since v3.5.3 (download bar implementation).
