feat: show progress and fetch existing

Basically a complete re-write so massive changes. In summary, clones repositories one-at-a-time and restarts from where it left off.

Added the option to fetch existing repositories before cloning new ones.

Changed the options so they seem to me to be related to the behavior. Removed -r true and added two new regExp options. Also allow exclude and include options at the same take.

Added verbose mode if you really want to see how the sausage is made.

Set version to 1.0.0 since this is a breaking change.
