guys i dont understand what to do, please help.

I have downloaded it and i have the zip and i know i need to use log.js and i have the script of it but how do i like compress that all into a link so that if sum1 clicks on it it gives me their details, please help. (if that makes any sense at all, if it doesnt, i can reword it !)
