Tauri Book Page

@nothingismagick what are your thoughts on the book page? I want to move it out of the "About" section as we're going to try to modify that whole section to be more Tauri development concepts.

If we'd like to keep the current page (https://tauri.app/about/book) then I'd suggest we:

1. Move it to the blog and back-date it based on commit history
2. Move it as a "generic" page (something like https://tauri.app/book)

For either of these I'm not sure that it makes sense to give "exposure" to the page until it's updated. If we still wanted it to be exposed then maybe we add a callout to it on the index of the new top-level "Concepts" section we're working on.

Tracking this for 2.0 since the book (afaik) is still a thing that's happening and we haven't thus far to my knowledge really thought about a place to bring it up.
