Update Windows Installer page to include setup-only dependency example

Description

• This PR fixes a (possible) typo regarding hooks for extending NSIS installers (.nsi -> .nsh)
• This PR adds a section to the Windows Installer doc illustrating how to bundle setup-only dependencies with NSIS hooks (e.g Python/OpenSSL/JRE requirement in my app) to execute only on setup and cleanup
