[docs] Tauri2+ .NET Blazor docs

I noticed when scaffolding a new Tauri 2 project that .NET and Blazor is now a supported option for front-end rendering.

I can't find any docs or guide for this though. Namely, examples of how to call the Rust backend within Blazor?
