Specify that invoke is in window.__TAURI__.core

Description

Getting started with 2.0, I ran into an issue that window.__TAURI__.invoke did not exist. Examining the object, it is under window.__TAURI__.core.invoke. If this is new to 2.0, this change sets the documentation straight. If it is Windows specific or a personal problem of sorts, feel free to close this PR.
