Why my exe is renamed unexpectedly

I think answer should be documented in https://v2.tauri.app/start/migrate/from-tauri-1/.

In tauri-apps/tauri#9375, renaming executable to product name is removed. This change breaks my app (who has different display name than code name).

I think it's a good change but it should be documented in migration page.
