Location of Log Files for the model?

Hello, actually we are trying to locate log files for the model, but could not find them, checked with the default locations such as the User folder and Windows Folder, and also checked the log files of the system in the RUN terminal using eventvwxr keyword. Can anyone help with this, we are actually trying to learn what happens when something goes wrong or the model closes automatically. Any help in this regard is really appreciated.
