Let developer specify extra attributes to unselected and selected segment title strings

I wanted to added extra attributes to unselected and selected state of segment title in my on going project and found this feature missing. I was able to add this feature and I think, it would be a good to have it in the original framework you have created. Hence sending this pull request to merge in original framework.
